On busy sets, camera configurations change fast. The Clicker is a docking solution designed for assistants who need to switch quickly between a 120mm snap plate and a variety of dovetail plates — without changing their cart setup.
The movable cleats adjust laterally to accommodate different dovetail widths, with laser-marked gradations making it easy to set them accurately. The most commonly used positions are lettered for reference on set:
- A — ARRI style sliding dovetail
- B — Tiffin style Steadicam plate
- C — ARRI SAM Zero (Trinity)
- D — Ronin 2
Features Irwin Cine's ratchet mechanism — the same found on the X-Plate, and unique to us — for fast, secure docking every time. Mounting holes follow the standard spacing used by major cart manufacturers and are compatible with the Irwin Cine Spinner. A mix of 3/8" and 1/4" standard threads offer even more mounting options.
