The Irwin Cine Cheeseplate offers a modular solution to mounting real estate on camera builds.
The plate measures 106 x 81mm — sized specifically to allow Preston MDR3, 4, and 5 to sit comfortably with right-angled Lemo cables clearing on both sides. The ARRI standard hole pattern includes locating holes for both 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes.
Two ARRI standard anti-rotation pins are included for mounting the cheeseplate to a camera build. The mounting block attaches to the cheeseplate with captive M3 screws and 2 retention pins and can be positioned in 24 different configurations — 16 in-line and 8 perpendicular — giving significant flexibility for different builds. The retention pins between the mounting block and main body prevent it from coming loose over time. All 4 small pins have dedicated storage holes in the main body when not in use.
The 3/8"-16 thumb screw can be tightened with either a 4mm allen key or a flat head screwdriver.
